The Alexander Technique

Angela is training to become a teacher of the Alexander Technique. Many musicians use the technique to one degree or another to help maintain their freedom while performing, to reduce occupational disease and to improve their performance. To learn this skill is as detailed and intense as it is to learn a musical instrument and to take occasional lessons can only provide single pieces of a huge jigsaw.

There are many parallels between learning the technique and learning to play an instrument. Watch this space for ideas.
